Internal Sales Associate – ETFs
Simplify Asset Management is a rapidly growing ETF issuer dedicated to delivering institutional‑grade investment strategies through the transparency, liquidity, and tax efficiency of ETFs. We are seeking an Internal Sales Associate to help support and expand Simplify’s presence within the financial advisor community. This role will partner closely with senior members of the sales team to drive engagement with financial advisors, develop new relationships, and help accelerate adoption of Simplify ETFs.
The role is ideally based in the New York metropolitan area, though we are flexible on location for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior sales professionals to support distribution efforts and grow adoption of Simplify ETFs
- Conduct proactive outreach to financial advisors via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Identify opportunities to introduce Simplify strategies into advisor portfolios
- Develop relationships with advisors and investment teams across client organizations
- Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management to advance sales conversations
- Execute a high level of consistent, measurable advisor engagement and outreach
- Support client coverage efforts through meeting preparation, follow-ups, and client communications
- Collaborate with broader sales, marketing, and investment teams to enhance advisor engagement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of financial services sales
- Assertive demeanor with confidence and willingness to proactively seek out business.
- Strong interest in ETFs, alternative investments, portfolio construction, and capital markets
- Understanding of the ETF landscape and the growing role ETFs play in modern portfolios
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage outreach activity and pipeline development
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or CAIA a plus
- Existing relationships within the financial advisor community are a plus
