With over $11 billion AUM across 30+ ETFs, Simplify is looking for a self-driven and results-oriented individual to join our operations team.

What You’ll Do:

• Create, maintain, and execute ad-hoc reports to support operations

• Perform reconciliations and ensure timely trade settlement

• Support margin and collateral reporting

• Highly self-motivated and adaptable to create value in a fast-growing firm in the ETF industry

• Creative problem solver who can learn on the job and adapt to changing business needs

• Comfortable meeting deadlines with a keen eye for detail

What You Have:

• An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 

• Currently enrolled in a Master of Finance/Financial Engineering, Master of Accounting, or MBA program

• Two or more years of relevant industry work experience

• CFA and/or CPA designation or progress/interest towards obtaining designation

• Experience in developing and delivering Excel reporting tools

• At least two years of experience developing and deploying Python on a development team

• Skilled in managing vendor data within a live production environment

• Experience with market data providers such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Ycharts, and Morningstar

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
