Vice President, ETF Sales

Simplify Asset Management is a rapidly growing ETF issuer dedicated to delivering institutional‑grade investment strategies through the transparency, liquidity, and tax efficiency of ETFs.  Through the use of derivatives and advanced investment techniques, Simplify brings strategies historically reserved for institutions into accessible ETF structures for financial advisors and their clients.

We are seeking a Vice President of ETF Sales to help expand Simplify’s presence across the RIA and financial advisor community. This role offers the opportunity to join a high‑growth firm in expanding distribution of a differentiated ETF lineup.

Simplify is headquartered in Las Vegas with offices in New York City and Irvine, CA, though we are flexible on location depending on the candidate and territory coverage. 

We are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, brings strong advisor relationships, and is excited to help scale a growing ETF platform. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and adoption of Simplify ETFs through proactive relationship development with advisors
  • Develop new relationships while expanding existing advisor partnerships 
  • Conduct advisor meetings, portfolio reviews, and macro discussions to position Simplify strategies in client portfolios
  • Identify portfolio construction opportunities where Simplify strategies can address client needs such as income generation, diversification, and volatility management
  • Maintain a disciplined client coverage plan and sales pipeline
  • Partner with broader sales, marketing, and investment teams to maximize advisor engagement and asset growth
  • Represent Simplify at advisor events, conferences, and industry meetings
  • Contribute to expanding Simplify’s footprint within the advisor and ETF ecosystem

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of financial services sales experience
  • Strong understanding of ETF markets and portfolio construction concepts
  • Existing relationships within the financial advisor community preferred
  • Proven ability to build relationships with key decision makers including analysts, portfolio managers, CIOs, and investment committees
  • Demonstrated sales success with strong prospecting, relationship management, and closing skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to succeed in a high‑growth environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet with clients
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or CAIA preferred
