Introducing the Simplify Brookwood Global Macro ETF, Offering Flexible Exposure Across Global Markets and Alternative Strategies

NEW YORK – Simplify Asset Management Inc. ("Simplify"), a leading provider of Exchange Traded Funds (“ETFs”), today announced the launch of its newest fund: the Simplify Brookwood Global Macro ETF (GMAC).

GMAC is designed to provide investors with access to a flexible global macro strategy that can move across asset classes, take long and short positions, and adapt to changing economic conditions.

Sub-advised by Brookwood Investment Group (“Brookwood”), a nationally recognized RIA firm with years of experience in building and managing global macro strategies, GMAC seeks strong positive returns, regardless of the direction of markets, by identifying opportunities among a range of different asset types. The strategy can invest long or short across commodities, natural resources, energy, metals and mining, agriculture, industrials, utilities, and real estate, as well as managed futures, risk parity, long/short equity, and other alternative strategies.

GMAC will opportunistically invest based on Brookwood’s ongoing analysis of broad economic trends, considering inflation, interest rates, monetary policy, regulatory shifts and the political environment across the globe

The ETF will primarily obtain exposure through ETFs, including affiliated ETFs, and swaps based on the returns of various underlying assets. The strategy is well positioned to serve as a foundational building block for a liquid alternatives allocation.
