NEW YORK – Simplify Asset Management Inc. announces that the previously disclosed net asset values (NAVs) per share of the Simplify VettaFi Private Credit Strategy ETF (NYSE Arca: PCR) from January 20 to January 26, 2026 have been restated effective January 30, 2026, as follows:
