Net Asset Value Restatement for Simplify DBi CTA Managed Futures Index ETF (SDMF)

NEW YORK – Simplify Asset Management Inc. announces that the previously disclosed net asset values (NAV) per share of the Simplify DBi CTA Managed Futures Index ETF (NYSE Arca: SDMF) on November 2, 2026 has been restated effective November 3, 2026, as follows:

The NAV adjustment is the result of incorrect swap prices.
